As an experienced leader you can say that I know a few things about professional development, team engagement, and mentorship. I have a credible track record of success earned throughout my leadership journey working with and in several organizations for teams of different sizes.

I live in the beautiful state of North Carolina. This is where I have been fortunate to enjoy my childhood as well as grow professionally. Which has allowed me to create Without Walls Professional Development. I adore every opportunity to work with leaders identifying ways to positively pivot toward successful outcomes.

I was given the name “The Fixer” and to be honest this did not come easy. It was not my natural tendency to allow my keen ability for developing solutions and process improvement to shine.  At times in the quest to drive improvement, engagement, and results over the years I searched for coaches and mentors as a resource and came up short. I was looking for someone to help me navigate challenging times and prepare for victorious ones. There were moments that I needed someone who understood the social challenges I faced and to honestly tell me how I was showing up in the room.
